The manager scanned my $15 off coupon but my invoice shows no $15 reduction on the $67 bill for the 49.99 economy sun oil cut and filter job. I would like the deduction on my invoice please. I have contacted corporate on this matter as well.

The service was fantastic but I wasnโ€™t impressed by the prices for the products they used. All of the filters, oil, cabin air, and air intake, were Ecogard brand (a Walmart brand.) you can buy the filters for around $15 but at Take 5 they charge $40-$50 a filter. You could almost make the argument that youโ€™re paying for install but I removed and installed my own cabin filter. Excellent service, terrible prices.

iโ€™m Betty disappointed with this place. Iโ€™ll be twice to do my oil change and after you weigh half an hour you go inside and then youโ€™ll never. They donโ€™t have your filter for the car so that is no excuse if you donโ€™t have the filter for this car. You should have a sign from. We donโ€™t take care of BMW vehicle in this location and donโ€™t make it. Way your time. And thatโ€™s not only one time. Happened a few times.

Yesterday was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at Take 5. I explained to Skylar that my windshield wiper fluid was only spraying on one side. He said he would check it and proceeded to pull the wiper down. After returning to my truck, he stated that the passenger side was the one working, and I confirmed that was correct. He then went back and discovered that the part had broken after he pulled it down. AJ later came up and explained that the part was โ€œflimsy,โ€ which is why it broke, and told me to go to the hardware store to buy another one myself. When I asked if they were going to fix the damage caused while servicing my vehicle, AJ plainly told me โ€œNo.โ€ What upset me the most was the complete lack of accountability, apology, or customer service. Skylar never came back to address the situation after the damage occurred and instead left AJ to handle it. I also never received a service sticker showing when to return for my next oil change, nor was my oil light reset before I left. As I was leaving, AJ moved the blue barrier item away from my vehicle and motioned for me to pull out. My truck lightly moved toward the right side, and AJ acted as if I

I went in their for a oil change and got the best package available and spent 170 bucks. Had no issues going in yesterday and tell me why I woke uo today to my radiator leaking alot out. So unless its some crazy coincidence its been fine no leaks to losing a quarter of fluid after leaving their and driving it the first time the next day then idk. I feel like someone hit something under their and whats the point to come and tell them what they did when I know they will not fix it or admit fault. But deep down I know it perfectly fine when I brought it in. So enter at youre own risk
